On the 24th of November 2023, Professor Luciana Gomes presented at the brokerage event “Surfaces Engineering to Mitigate Microbial Contamination in the Food Industry”, which took place in Oliveira do Hospital, Portugal, at CECOLAB – Collaborative Laboratory Towards Circular Economy.
The event also comprised an interactive roundtable moderated by the president of CECOLAB and with the participation of Professor Filipe Mergulhão and representatives from different food companies located in this Portuguese region.
